Getting to Turkey is easy, with Istanbul being a major European hub.  Turkish Airlines has numerous flights daily to Istanbul and Izmir, and  American Airlines, Delta, Lufthansa, Quantas,  Malaysian, Air France, Swiss, Singapore, Emirates do as well.

Airports in Turkey

• Istanbul Airport is located in the Arnavutkoy district of Istanbul on the European side, and has replaced the older Ataturk Airport.  All international flights now use Istanbul IGA for international arrivals and departures out of Istanbul.​
• Sabiha Gökcen Airport is located on the Asian side of Istanbul and is an alternative airport often used by Pegasus Airlines and charter flights.
• Bodrum-Milas Airport (BJV) is located 25 miles (40 km) from downtown Bodrum.
• Antalya International Airport (AYT): The airport is situated six miles (10 km) from downtown Antalya.
• Izmir Adnan Menderes International Airport (ADB): The airport is located 11 miles (18 km) from Izmir and approximately 1 hour north of Ephesus.
• Dalaman Airport (DLM): The airport is situated about four miles (6 km) from Dalaman and serves Göcek (20 minutes), Fethiye (45 minutes) and Marmaris (90 minutes)
• Esenboga International Airport (ESB): The airport is located northeast of Ankara, 17 miles (28 km) from the city centre and is used as a connection to Cappadocia.
